Very friendly and welcoming staff; even though the kitchen was not open for dinner for hotelguests due to an event (which I did not know beforehand) the kitchenstaff still prepared an excellent dinner for me. Great hotel!

Location was pleasant, public bus from the station drops you outside the hotel.
Out of hours door entry was not the easiest, a very sticky door that has a bit of a knack, thought I wasn't going to get in for about 20 minutes. Go through it with the staff before if you need it at any point. I got charged for 2 nights but could only stay 1 night as a Dutch train strike meant I would not have been able to travel if I'd stayed the second night. I understand that it was not the hotel's fault, but it was not mine either and I felt they could have given me some discount or at least refunded my city tax since I couldn't stay.
