Dejligt hotel med en fantastisk udsigt.

Rigtigt venligt personale. Morgenmaden var lækker med hjemmelavet/frisklavet omelet.

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Schöne Zimmer, sauber, ausreichend Platz, mit Balkon. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Toller Pool und schöne Gartenanlage.

Hatten ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Hat alles gepasst, ruhig aber ich würde mir Trennwände am Balkon zwischen den Zimmern wünschen. Eventuell ein paar Liegen mehr. Bei schönem Wetter war es etwas knapp.

Das Frühstück hat alle geboten was wir uns erwarten konnten mit dem Bonus frisch zubereiteter Eierspeisen nach Wunsch, einfach toll, das Abendessen war jedesmal ein Genuss und das ganze serviert von freundlichen Menschen machts perfekt!! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal dem ganzen Team!

Entspannter Aktivurlaub

Sehr leckeres Essen, sowohl das Frühstück, als auch das Menü am Abend. Das Personal war immer zur Stelle und außergewöhnlich freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sauber. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen.

Im Saunabereich wären Abstellmöglichkeiten für Getränke im Bereich der Liegen einen gute Ergänzung.

-der Pool (Größe, Liegen, Sauberkeit) -die Sauna (mit Knabbereien, Tee, Obst) -der Service (Bedienung, Putzteam, Saunatasche mit Handtüchern, Bademänteln) -kostenloser Radverleih -die Lage des Hotels (Nähe zur Bergbahn und zu Busstationen, Wanderwege in der nahen Umgebung) -das Abendessen (4 Gänge plus Beilagensalat, mit Liebe zum Detail angerichtet -Kaffeevariationen aus dem Vollautomat -planzliche Milch -viel Obstauswahl -Omelette/Rührei mit Zutaten nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet

-Zimmergröße (war mit 15m2 inklusive Bad angegeben - dass es so eng sein würde, merkten wir erst als wir vor Ort waren, da es kaum Platz gab um die Koffer aufzuklappen und noch durch das Zimmer gehen zu können. -zum Frühstück: wenig Vollkornprodukte (Müsli, Brot, Brötchen, wenig Auswahl an Kuchen und Croissants, keine Möglichkeit Cappuccino o.ä. mit pflanzlicher Milch aufzuschäumen, Brot schmeckte nicht immer frisch -Abendessen: Größe des Hauptgangs insbesondere bei den Fischgerichten hätte größer sein können um satt zu werden.

Krasny bazen, skvele vecerni menu, velmi dobra kava, strategicke misto na vylety

Nefunkcni osvetleni kuchyne, nefunkcni digestor, velmi tvrde postele i rozkladaci gauc, chybejici susak na pradlo - plavky a rucniky jsme susili na zidli na balkone. Opravdu maly balkon, vesly se jen 2 zidle a na nic jineho nebylo misto. Za 6 dni pobytu ani 1x uklid, pouze na vyzadani dodan toaletni papir.

Very nice place, friendly staff, amazing surroundings

When we checked in, the lady at the reception gave us an old, unrenovated room, even though a new, modern room was properly paid for. After complaining, we got the room we booked. Also, the mentioned lady did not give us basic information and that we need to get cards with which we have some benefits such as cable car rides. We found that out on the last day. All other staff were extremely friendly.

Great stay for a few days in the mountains during summer

Lovely hotel, with small but beautiful pool with lounge beds, with drinks being served. Restaurant had really great food, including vegetarian options. Breakfast very comprehensive with nice freshly baked breads. Parking easy. Walking distance to other restaurants and the lift for hiking up the mountain. Tennis courts close by.

Towels for the pool would maybe be a nice option?

Breakfast is great, dinner is even better! The taxi/shuttle will take you to all nearby lifts. Another perk for this hotel is the outdoor pool. Don't forget your swimming trunks!

The heating system in the room was kinda broken or working weirdly. But we made it work by opening the door and closing the wall heaters.

In summary, it was a nice experience with food, kind people and sauna.

we really like the property, the waitresses and cozy atmosphere were amazing.

we did not like one thing. the receptionist did not inform us about night entrance of the building in case we came around midnight. we tried to enter the building around 23:00-23:30 but we could not find the entrance, it was very scary because there was not any sign or written text around to show where it is. they could inform us during our check in time. also, I prefer starting and finishing times were written for the pool and sauna. we had to ask to the receptionist several times.
