Location was good.

Reception staff were miserable The pool was cold and closed 11am to 5pm, closed more than it was open Avoid room 541 seemed great with double aspect, until we could hear the people talking in nearby rooms through the air on vents. Then the bar over the road opened and blared music Cracks and water stains on the wallpaper

“The location was excellent, and I would be pleased to stay at your hotel again in the future.” we did not have a breakfast room was a bit small The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we truly enjoyed our short stay. They offered us several suggestions on what to see, which allowed us to explore even more of Switzerland.

It was slightly noisy, and the room was rather small, which I understand is due to it being an economy category. However, it would be preferable if the economy rooms were a bit more spacious.

(1) Plain, simple bedroom with every needed facility - all of which worked well; (2) Reception service, especially by 'more senior' lady, for whom no request was too much trouble; (3) Breakfast menu & well-managed by hard-working staff, even on especially-busy Sunday morning; (4) Restaurant/breakfast room light & spacious though did become slightly too cold at times; (5) Useful, simple fitness room.

Close to the train station but we never heard any noise!l Check in was so east; Maggie at the reception was wonderful! She let us check in a bit earlier, which was great since we hade our bags! Our room on the sixth floor was def awesome & our stay there was wonderful!! 🥰

Take your travel iron!

The hotel is very well located. The room is well-sized for business travellers. The hotel staff are good. I made a mistake and booked myself for one day less than planned. However, the reception managed my booking.

There were some strange issues with the hotel. It's a reasinably big hotel, but has only one iron for the whole hotel. This is in one laundry room on the 3rd floor where one can go to press. Unfortuantely, someone had taken away the press the day I arrived, and there was no press available in the hotel. The hotel managed to locate it and place it in the room on the second day, but pressing clothes in a room with no ventilation or fan on a warm evening was not a pleasant experience.

staff: efficient and polite, breakfast: a large range of products of very good quality, attention to replenishment provided by the staff, some more cheese sorts could be considered - given the fame of Switzerland, excellent location - not only close to the railway but within easy walk to the main key points. Much appreciated the availability of two free drinks per day, from the minibar, excellent and fast check in and check out

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and was tidied up and provided with clean towels each day of our stay.

I would advise to close the window at night because it gets quite noisy. No AC in the room, but the fan works quite well even with high temperatures.

Mid-range hotel at great location

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.

The single room is very small with barely enough space to hang even a week’s worth of clothes. It was the high of summer and the room was unbearably hot during the day, even sleeping was difficult despite the fan. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain in the bathroom floor. The WiFi stopped working half-way into my stay, and despite repeated attempts it was never fully fixed.

Excellent location, basic comfort, and no A/C in summer

Great location—just steps from Cornavin Station, easy to get anywhere in Geneva. Breakfast was solid and varied. Rooms were small but fine for short business stays. 24 hours hotel staff attention. I really appreciated getting early check-in—huge plus.

What’s not OK: no A/C in the middle of summer! It hit over 30°C and all I had was a standing fan. No closet either—just a rack with a few hangers. I get that Geneva is the most expensive european city, but $USD300+ a night for a tiny room doesn’t reflect quality by international standards.

Highly recommended

Location is excellent, just next to Gare Cornavin which is very convenient in terms of public transport. 10 -12 minutes walking distance to the Lake. There are shops, stores, cafes and restaurants just in a few minutes walk. The interior of the hotel is new, clean, with nice design. They cleaned my room every day. The staff was brilliant, very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. The room I stayed in had a portable air conditioner which worked well and had adjustable speed and variable fan. The size of the room was a bit small but quite all right for one person.

My room overlooked the street, so it was a bit noisy at night with open window (when window is closed, noise isolation is good and it is quiet).

Great location and reasonable price.

The location was perfect. It was about a three-minute walk for Gare Cornavin. From there, you can get to anywhere in no time. Despite the fact that this was a last-minute booking during the week of the World Health Assembly, the price was reasonable.

There was some noise outside in the morning from a nearby construction for the first two days. I didn't hear it after that.

A stay at this hotel is really a home away from home. I return every few years for over 3 decades.

Almost everything. Location: close to Gare Cornavin, incl. tram and bus stops, walking distance to Lake, to the old city across the Rhône, to lots restaurants in the Paquis. Clean. Room well equipped. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Room a bit on the small side. It would be nice if windows could tilt open.
