Quiet and welcoming, had a nice quiet time and it’s walkable to everything. You get plenty of soap and have your own fridge. The coffee and tea was in the common area.
The bathroom ceiling and bathroom window just need a bit of scrubbing to clean a few parts of dust and stuff.
Wish there was an iron and ironing board to iron my clothes. I would gladly trade the fridge for an iron and ironing board.

The location was excellent for our purposes, and so was the welcome. The person who welcomed us was helpful and gave us directions when we asked him.He also offered to help with anything else we might need. The beds were comfortable.
Smell of something chemical (spray?) in the room and bathroom. There was no net on the window, so we couldn't open it, because when we did, a pigeon flew in and at night there were mosquitos, so we didn't sleep so well.
When we came into the room, there was an empty plastic bottle on the floor, which made us wonder how well the room was cleaned.
As I said, the smell in the room and the bathroom, and that of the bedsheets wasn't very inviting...
