    * The staff is super friendly and helpful * Breakfast is great * The corridors are in need of an uplift with old wallpaper and stained carpets * I had requested a quiet room when I made the booking, but I got a room that was on quite a low floor and facing the street. After asking if I could change, I got a room facing the courtyard instead. * The first room had a faulty shower head * The second room also had an issue with the shower and was missing a light in the main room which meant the room was quite dark. * The temperature in the room is set centrally so it is not possible to change the temperature in the room. It was very hot during the night. * Close to the train/bus station * Close to supermarket

    I had a short stay with my mum at the hotel. Overall experience was great - it’s about 5 min walk from the train station, staff at reception are friendly and helpful, room is spacious and clean, breakfast is delicious and versatile. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!!
