Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro. I titolari sono stati molto disponibili, cortesi ed efficienti. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Molto utile il parcheggio riservato. La piscina è veramente bella e offre un incredibile relax al ritorno dal mare. La camera è ampia e spaziosa.

Store,rene rom. Hyggelig personale. Føles veldig trygt og rolig her . Nydelig basseng og uteområde. Sjøutsikt fra vårt rom i øverste etage .

Eine familiengeführte Pension in sehr guter, ruhiger Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu Gaststätten, zum Ortszentrum, zum Bijeca-Beach. In erreichbarer Nähe sind auch die ruhigen Badestellen der Halbinsel Vizula. Frühstücksbuffet mit individueller Bedienung in stilvoller Umgebung. Privater Parkplatz vorhanden.

Swimming pool and garden was beautiful. Breakfast was tasty. It was a hidden place for resting. The staff was great.

The wi-fi was not the best in the evening. The kitchen wasn’t well-equiped.

Gepflegte und ruhige Anlage mit Pool

Schöne ,sauber gepflegte Anlage mit Pool .Man kann sich dort gut erholen ,da es ruhig ist ,aber Restaurants ,Strand,eine Bäckerei ,Supermarkt und ein wenig mehr Trubel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe .Igor und seine Familie sind sehr aufmerksam und geben auch Tipps für Unternehmungen ( aif Englisch kann man sich gut untrhalten).Wir hatten 2 Appartements gebucht ,A5 ( 2 Stockwerke )und A2( kleines Doppelzimmer) .Die Zimmer sind sauber,,das Bad ist ziemlich neu gemacht .Mobiliar sonst schon etwas älter ( vor allem die Betten und Matratzen ).TV vorhanden mit allen gängigen deutschen Programmen .Wer nicht nur ein Laken teilen möchte ,sollte sich eine Decke mitbringen oder eine im Schrank befindliche Decke nehmen . Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden 1x die Woche gewechselt ,sonst kommt zur Müllentleerung und Bettenmachen täglich jemand zwischen 10 und 13h ,sofern man nicht auf dem Zimmer verweilt . Wer richtig kochen möchte ,ist hier falsch .Es gibt keine Töpfe oder Pfannnen oder einen Backofen.Für die Zubereitung von Kleinigkeiten( Salat usw) ist aber alles da . Der Kühlschrank ist standard mit kleinem Eisfach .Kühle Getränke kann man aber auch im Getränkekühlschrank im Frühstücksbereich kaufen . Zum Frühstück gibt's täglich wechselnd Eier ( Rührei,Spiegeleier oder gekochte Eier ) mit Würstchen oder Speck ,Müsli ,Kekse,Weissbrot, kleine Wurst -und Käseauswahl, Obst ,Marmelade ( kein Nutella),normaler Kaffee oder Tee.Keine Hörnchen oder Süssgebäck. Parkplätze sollten reserviert werden für 15€ pro Tag ,da die Parksituation auf der Strasse eher schlecht ist .Einfahrt ist etwas eng für größere Autos ,aber geübte Fahrer schaffen das ;-)Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Urlaub in familiärer Umgebung . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Betten und Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden ;-),sonst alles super .

Perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Medulin

wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das B&B Villa Velike Stine liegt sehr gut, im Restaurants und das Meer/den Strand zu erreichen. Der Garten mit dem Pool sind top gepflegt, die Zimmer sind grundlegend ausgestattet und ausreichend, da man sich die meiste Zeit sowieso draußen aufhält. Die Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig, die Familie kümmert sich um alles was gewünscht wird. Parkplätze sind gegen € 15 vorhanden und es empfiehlt sich, diese zu reservieren, da ansonsten die Parksituation eher schwierig ist.

Gemütlich, Familär, Zentral, Sauber und sehr nette Besitzer

Sehr familiär und freundlich. Super gemütlich, schön angelegter Garten mit Pool. Zimmer sind sauber und alles was man braucht. Frühstück war inbegriffen und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Vendéglátó roppantul kedves, rendes. Mindenben bármikor segített. Reggeli finom. Szállás elhelyezkedèse nagyon tetszett, mert nem a parton van a nyüzsgő részen,de ugyanakkor közel, alig pár percre több étterem is található. Kocsi az udvarban parkolt zárt kapu mögött. Nagyon tiszta szoba, fürdőszoba kiemelkedően tiszta és szép.

Parkolóhely habár a biztonságos udvarban,de szűkös. Az ágyat szokni kell, talán cserélni is lehetne. Wifi az udvaron, étterem részén nagyon erős, de a felső szinten egyáltalán nincs jel.

Great property, shame about the owners attitude..

Fantastic outdoor space with beautiful gardens and pool area. Igor the host is lovely and attentive with his guests.

The hosts father makes you feel unwelcome and is a bit rude at times, you feel like an intruder. Smoking next to your guests who are eating breakfast is also not a welcome behaviour. We had stayed at the villa before but won't be returning. Such a shame as it is a great spot and we loved Igor.

Overall good value for money - outstanding outside and decent inside

The exterior of the apartment is outstanding, also the breakfast and staff are great. Bathroom very clean and well equiped.

Interior decoration and beds. Although well maintained, it could use refurbishing. Basically, it is not on par with the outside decoration and facilities. Too bad, because otherwise the place would be a gem!
