sleepless night due to the noise by the main road , bad hospitality with inaccurate descriptions

we have booked an apartment although we received a really small very basic room which was very noisy! at our arrival nobody was at the property so we had to wait about 45 minutes till found someone. a nice little old lady has arrived who couldn’t communicate with us and none of us had idea of what was going on. finally her daughter rang who has spoken a bit of English and we could establish that we had a reservation! the kind little lady has given us a room but was not the apartment we have booked. we were really squeezed together in a smallish bed with my teenage son. small bathroom, thin walls which by we could hear people walking in and out of their rooms all night and early morning as the house is by the main road to Zadar the ongoing traffic kept us all night with all possible sound from outside. Neither of us got any sleep! we have been driving through Croatioa and have stopped at several apartments where we got what we have booked but at Anas let alone we have paid the highest rate we got the poxiest room. i have contacted the host who couldn’t care about making a change or a partial refund. We have left unrested and tired. Absolutely awful ….

Very nice and friendly lady hostess. Close to Zadar airport. (10 min by car). Plenty of restaurant options around. A lot of space to park, the room had plenty of space and toilet facilities were brand new. Lovely partial view to the Marina and sea.

The host was very welcoming and gave us tips on what to do in the area, where the nice beaches are.

The location was really good, lots of options for sitting by the beach. There are also a couple of good restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The perfect House for Vacations in Sukosan

Super nice greeting on arrival and the rooms ready for occupancy. The location to Marina Sukosan and the sea is just great, shopping possibilities within walking distance, parking lot in front of the house (apartment). Great facilities in the spacious rooms. There is no better way to start a holiday. Many Thanks

It is in the perfect location. Close to all amenities.

No shade for cars in parking area. The room was nice enough. There should be: 1. hooks or drying rack for beach towels and wet clothes. 2. We were there for 10 days, no clean bed linen was provided. 3. Please install a toilet roll holder. 4. The bed was incredibly noisy.

The host is very friendly, the location is also nice, the ventilation during hot summer days works perfectly.

There was constant bad smell out of the bathroom, really unpleasent. And the floor was dirty when we came there. Other than that, the staying was good.

Aranyos idős hölgy fogadott minket, bár nem beszéltük egymás nyelvét mégis könnyen megértettük egymást. Szép, kényelmes, tiszta apartman, nagy erkéllyel, kilátás a tengerre ami 1 percre sincs. Többször voltunk már a horvát tengerparton, de ez volt a legjobb szállásunk eddig. Őszintén ajánlom mindenkinek.

Очень гостеприимная и приятная хозяйка. Отличное расположение - море через дорогу. Дом с садом. Достаточно просторная чистая комната с хорошим ремонтом. Балкон с видом на море. Всё необходимое предоставлялось по первому запросу. Мы остались очень довольны, рекомендуем!!!

Remek szálláshely.

A házinéni nagyon kedves, a szobák nagyok és tiszták, a fürdőszoba kiváló, a konyha felszereltsége is megfelelő, hatalmas kikötőre néző terasz.

A hatalmas kikötőre néző teraszon szinte semmi sem volt. Két szék meg egy picike dohányzóasztal. Lehetne napozó nyugágyakat kitenni, reggelizéshez kerti asztalt, esetleg egy kerti sarok ülőgarnitúrát. Remek kis pihenő teraszt lehetne belőle csinálni. Így viszont szinte ki sem lehet kényelmesen ülni, gyönyörködni a naplementében.

Nagyon jó helyen van,minden a közelben; strand,üzletek és a városközpont tele éttermekkel. Ami a legjobb,hogy egy életerős 90 éves házinéni fogadott,mindvégig nagyon kedves volt Isten éltesse sokáig🙏 Na és a panoráma a tengerre és a kikötöre😄

Odbijala da nam bar pusti internet da nadjemo navigaciju za vracanje kuci. Najneprijatnije iskustvo u Hrvatskoj, zadrtost i vrijedjanje na nacionalnoj osnovi U KOJOJ SMO GODINI I VIJEKU? Unuk doticne osobe je bio ljubazan i smirivao svoju baku. Putovali smo 10 sati da bi nas vratila sa praga a taj dan bio im je praznik, nismo imali ni gdje svratiti nista nije radilo UZAS I SRAMOTA
