Fun experience would recommend

I thought it was a very fun the different designs and art were great, The different amenities were superb with stuff like chill lounge and table tennis

The only flaw was the air conditioning it wouldn’t stay at a warm temperature but besides that it was perfect

Good value for the money

Great location, 15minutes from main square by foot, big hotel with everything inside (bar, restaurant, little pop-up store…). Very comfortable big bed.

Little bit cold for December, heating was not strong enough even if it was put on max. Concrete floor with no carpet which makes the room little bit colder

Good location, close to all kind of transportation. Very colorful and attractive design place with its own charm. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

The room was extremely cold. The heater didn’t work, there was no portable heater available, and the temperature inside the room was only 19°C. We were staying with a baby, which made it very uncomfortable. • They offered to change the room, but in three other rooms the air conditioning/heating system was also not working. • Our room was a Skyline type — freezing cold air was coming through the window. The whole hotel feels poorly insulated and definitely in need of serious renovation. I would not give it 4 stars. • Reception staff was not very friendly, and one of the receptionists didn’t speak English very well. • The only thing we liked were the breakfast options. • Location is quite far from the city center, and you need to walk up a steep hill to reach the hotel. • Overall, we would not return to this hotel.

Best choice forever

I honestly loved it, as always — it’s not my first time staying at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and open, always ready to help, explain everything, and even give little compliments here and there. And the rooms… they’re insanely spacious — a huge plus! Each one feels unique and original. This is honestly my favorite hotel, especially because I’m a photographer myself, and the first time I walked in and saw that the “darkroom” was actually the shower and toilet — I was obsessed! The soundproof bed setup feels like a music studio, and the big panoramic window is just a dream. The rooms are amazing — and that endless desk is perfect for working comfortably. I literally have zero complaints about the room.

The only issue I had was that, for some reason, the thermostat didn’t work — the floor in the room was freezing cold. There were no robes or slippers, and the heated floor only worked near the shower, around the bar area with the coffee machine in the hallway, but not around the bed. And if that’s how it’s supposed to be — guys, it’s not working 😅 It was honestly kind of painful walking barefoot on an ice-cold floor.

Beautiful hotel in an unfortunate spot

The rooms are very spacious and feel luxurious. Our bed was huge which is not normal in Europe so that was fun. The bathroom was also very big and the shower had amazing water pressure! Room service prices were fair and delivery was quick. The eco friendly offering of a free drink if you decline room cleaning was a fun perk too!

The beds are hard. Like hard hard. If you like hard beds, you might love them. The restaurant was pretty expensive for what you get. We also felt breakfast was pretty expensive so we opted out, the room it was in looked like fun though! Location wasn't great for us. Everything was a long walk or you had to take the metro down the road. Lots of noisy construction across the street.

Had a fabulous stay at the hotel and enjoyed all the facilities and comforts it offered.

The breakfast was very nice and a good selction, after eating out some mornings can say it is good value for money as well. Room was spacious and clean with all facilities you could need and complementary water every morning. Bed was massive and very comfortable. The staff were all very polite and helpful and they provided mini croissants and coffee machine in the mornings for early leavers. Location to city centre was not that far if you are ok with walking or there are tram, metro and bus stops just 5mins from the hotel door.

Nothing that the hotel can fix but there are alot of homeless and people doing unsavoury things around train and metro stations including the one at the hotel. Also there is an old church across the street where a homeless community has set up camp. Felt fine going and coming during the day and as it was still light until later but would not have felt comfortable having to return in an evening.

My experience at nhow Brussels

The designs were quite nice and a lot of thought was put into the artwork in the hotel although I did not like the placement of the mirrors in the room, it felt a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast spread was also pretty good. Overall I'd say the hotel was decent and comfortable enough for a 1 night stay

The parking was extremely difficult to find, we had to circle the area for around 15 minutes until we finally found the back entrance. The area did not feel safe at all and I would not stay here again due to this. When you walk into the lift there's also a sign saying take out your valuables and not leave anything to thieves.. this was extremely unsettling especially when paying €29 for the "secure" parking. If you're looking for a hotel in a safe area where you can walk around, I'd consider a different location.

Nice hotel.

We loved the distinctive and eclectic style of the room's decoration. It had such a warm, artistic, and relaxed feel that made our stay truly special.

I highly recommend checking with the hotel for alternative directions before relying solely on Google Maps. Our GPS directed us through a challenging neighborhood, and there are much more pleasant and direct routes available that the hotel could provide in their welcome information or on their website. Better guidance on arrival would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The view. Location is a little far away from centre however its just a tram ride down the road

It takes a while to get to like the room as its so modern . My card didn’t work sometimes in the lift which caused anxiety as you get locked in and it won’t work until the card swipes.

Big rooms, good internet, good water temperature. The breakfast was acceptable, the location decentrate but good overall.

Colors and space Tram near by Good AC

I had an accident with baby cot falling on my feet after a had my baby in. Attached photos of my feet afterward. And they basically did nothing but replacing the cot! Also, it was very dirty to the limit i had to use towels in the floor to avoid dust sticking on my feet. Location is not optimal the good thing is the tram next to it. The bed was very uncomfortable and we woke up having spots that is very itchy

They give me room on the 7th floor next to the elevator.All night it was a deafening noise from the elevator, every time it started moving.I could sleep all night long. Strange that for such money, the rooms near the elevator are not protected against noise

You won't go wrong with nhow, a gem in Brussels

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, Nespresso machine. A nice 15 min walk to Grand Place. Breakfast is amazing, with warm and cold choices, along with great coffee and waffles. And the rooms even have an iron and an ironing board which is amazing.

Good stay for a short trip to Brussels!

Breakfast was amazing, broad variety of different foods for every taste! There is even a waffle truck to make your one belgian waffles with loads of toppings. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms are super cool with their very unique look and we had enough space to stay in a regular double room with three people. From the hotel you don't have it far to the next bus or train station and are in the middle of the city center in a mere 20 minutes. Trains are also super well maintained and the tickets are affordable!

I slept on a pull-out bed and it was quite hard and not super comfortable, but it's totally doable for one night.

A little confusion - I paid for the breakfast while checking in but was asked to pay again the next morning. They said that the breakfast wasn't included in the payment when I'm pretty sure it did.. As I was in a rush, and was hungry, I decided to pay again.
