Was the cheapest we could find for our needs...

The tram T1 from the train station is just 2 min walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were biscuit crumbs on the bathroom floor (not from us) The mattress toppers slide off the edge of the bed.

The shower was broken and spewed water everywhere , the fan in the room had not been cleaned in weeks, so we disconnected it to ensure all of the dust would not be on the be etc

Before writing this review i have looked again at the room pictures at booking, clean and light. However, the reality was we had a stuffy and scruffy worn out room. The carpet was the filthiest I have ever seen in a hotel. I know what to expect from IBIS, but this was below standard. Doors with damages, plating in the bathroom falling apart. It was warm in the room, no airco and no possibility to open a window. This was a room which gave the feeling: "get away as fast as you can".

Exactly what I expected from the hotel but surprised by the city of Liege.

The room was very standard and was exactly what I expected from IBIS. The location is central and well located. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes.

The location is very central, but it is not a safe place! Especially if you are a woman, better not to go outside alone. Also, I think that some ju*kies are using the hotel as a party place. The pillow was too thick for me. Please note the Parking only accepts cash, 10 EUR/night.

Ideal location

Perfect location right in the middle of town, just a short walk from St Lambert station and lots of bars and restaurants. Good selection and quality at breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Room was a bit dated and tired in places - could do with a bit of sprucing up but nothing major. The water from the shower took ages to drain so you were always up to your ankles in water!

Affordable but very small /tight

Hotel very affordable and staff very friendly .

Rooms very small with no air conditioning . A fan is provided though. It was very difficult to access the hotel using a car due to all the road works currently going on around the hotel .

Great hotel in a Greta location

It was right in the city centew and easy to get around. The staff also spoke really good English and were very helpful. They also have great block out blinds and the room was spacious.

I didn't realise that I had not ordered a room a mini fridge.

The gentleman at the reception was exceptionally helpful . I asked for a quiet room and he did his best to find me one. The room was very quiet and I slept very well.

The carpet did not look very clean. It would be nice to have a kettle available with a cup.

Good Transit In Liège

Location city center. Bed and shower is good. I like the fan in the room, helps beating the heat.

The room design is so so, doesn't feel that inviting. Only 1 towel per guest, no face/hand towel.

Not bad but not so good.

There were many junkies around the area but the location itself was great to access everywhere easily.

Probably this Ibis hotel is older than other sophisticated Ibis' locations. The breakfast menu was not worth Euro14,00 although I don't say the taste was also bad. When I booked 2 rooms, I requested those to be connected each other for family, but my request was ignored at the check-in. The room did not have a refrigerator and also the shower place couldn't be closed by a sliding door (50% open!), so it was very difficult to take a shower without soaking the toilet floor.
