Wow!!! What an amazing hotel! From the moment we were picked up from the marina we were made to feel special! We could not fault anything! Special little touches like a wedding anniversary cake and welcome card.
Our shuttle driver was amazing and we loved chatting to him. The ladies on reception were both attentive and welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble. We felt we had a proper 5 star experience!!

Location was excellent. Close to the marina. The staff from driver, to front desk, to cleaning staff, etc. are all so very nice and attentive. Service was great.
The room rate was incredibly high and inconsistent. I had 2 rooms booked for the same price for my family of 6, and one room was very small, With a tiny bathroom, A shower that didn’t have a door (messy!! Water everywhere) and never got warm. While The other room was huge: Two stories, two full bathrooms with showers. 2 bedrooms. The upper level bedroom smelled musky and moldy, but there was plenty of space. Didn’t seem right that the rates were exactly the same but the rooms were totally different. Very disappointed. Over $3,000 USD per room per night and wasn’t worth it.
