Lokalita strategicky pár desítek metrů od moře (ovšem zároveň opravdu na periferii města, nutno s tím počítat), byt evidentně čerstvě zrekonstruovaný a pěkně zařízený, vybavení dostačující, chyběla nám tam snad jen konvice na čaj.
Samotný obytný dům/menší panelák, ve kterém se byt nachází, je v zanedbaném stavui (zvnějšku oprýskaný a bez úddržby, zevnitř chodby paneláku špinavé a zanedbané, unikající voda na schodech), obyvatelé domu většinově ze slabších sociálních skupin, v bytě jediný problém - pračku nelze otevřít, překáží stěna od sprchy.

Świetne miejsce. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Bliskość plaży i sklepów to ogromny atut. Niczego nam nie brakowało 😀

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, do sklepów i komunikacji miejskiej, mieszkanie świetnie wyposażone choć z zewnątrz blok wygląda mało zachęcająco. Polecam
Otoczenie bloku i klatka schodowa ale na to właściciel z pewnością nie ma wpływu.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated Beds were comfortable..Close to tram . Close to supermarket for shopping.
I booked this apartment as it stated it was beach front however it is not. It looks out onto parking. The area has very little happening. Need to travel to Gdansk for good restaurants. Booking.com states fresh fruits in the apartment. There were none. Apartment was nicely decorated but lacking in basics for self catering like a bottle opener , tea towels
