Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W pobliżu jest kilka sklepów i supermarketów. Kilka minut spacerem nad morze. Dużo miejsca do zaparkowania auta. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, kompaktowe. Dobre połączenie WiFi.
Stan techniczny kamienicy zostawia wiele do życzenia. Na początku ciężko przyzwyczaić się do specyficznego "zapachu" na klatce schodowej, jak również wewnątrz mieszkania.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w Brzeźnie - na plażę 7 minut, tyle samo do tramwaju jadącego na Stare Miasto. Ładnie zaprojektowane i wykończone w wysokim standardzie mieszkanie z wszystkimi potrzebnymi udogodnieniami. Całość w starej kamienicy. Z tyłu budynku miejsce do zaparkowania samochodu, po drugiej stronie ulicy Żabka.
Może kiedyś uda się wspólnocie wyremontować części wspólne budynku - wtedy będzie Wersal ;) (ale to już nie zależy wprost od Właścicielki - bardzo sympatycznej osoby)
