1034 Cinnamon Beach

The location was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed the beach, as well as the pools and hot tubs located at the Clubhouse. The residents were generally very friendly there and members of the security staff were always professional and courteous.

The apartment's decor was somewhat outdated, and the tile floors throughout the entryway, kitchen, dining, and living room areas were quite dirty upon our arrival. There were also unsightly stains on some of the bedroom carpets. The kitchen supplies, including pots and pans, were generally sparse and were in very poor condition, as well as the kitchen decor, including a sink floor mat that looked extremely worn and dirty and should be replaced. The kitchen sink also drained quite slowly at times and required frequent plunging to keep the water flowing down the drain. The second bathroom had an extremely large and unsightly stain on the bottom of the tub, which did not make it very appealing to shower or bathe in it. There was also a removable refrigerator shelf that showed signs of wear and hairline cracking on each side, which I removed so it didn't get completely broken by placing something on the shelf. There were no cleaning supplies provided in the apartment, and I had to purchase disinfectant and window cleaning solutions during my time there because it needed to be cleaned. Overall, I feel the apartment needs some TLC to create a more welcoming and cleaner living environment for guests.

Beautiful location. The unit is lovely and very comfortable.

We Didn't like rocky beach, unable to swim any but I understand why it's there and appreciate it for helping with erosion. We had very small ants in kitchen and patio
