Room was good, breakfast good, pool was ok

Great Lodgement - Silent and at walking distance to Rua das Pedras and Orla Bardot

Staff was very kind and supportive, bathroom was big and comfortable for couple. Decoration was just right, being amid trees and plants is grants goos silence and proximity to nature at the same time as the property is close to Orla Bardot and all it offers!

Breakfast was good, but served a little late, at 8AM. This compromises plans for guests who would like to start enjoying the town and beaches early. In suite TV could be bigger to the size of the room; also, could be a Smart TV with access to streaming platforms.

Hotel foyer and pool area very attractive. Simple rooms in exotic location. Short walk into town. Friendly staff. Pleasant breakfast sitting next to the pool.

Beautiful location, helpful and nice staff, very nice view, great common areas.

Towels were very old, the master suite was in need of renovation and redecoration. Toilets don’t work.

Great place to relax great facilities

You need to check the spa facilities, you have a few leaks in the sauna areas that lose heat, so the experience is not that high need to upgrade a few drinks specially wisky, dont have japanese or Bourbon alternatives

Peaceful Escape

The location was great. Walking distance from the centre, but away from all the noise so very peaceful. The staff were exceptionally friendly - from the receptionists to the bar staff. They helped us book trips for Buzios and Arraial do Cabo. The rooms were immaculate and spacious. Very comfortable beds. The air conditioner was on for our arrival meaning the room was cool when we entered (this has been the only hotel I've been to in Brazil to do this). The pool area is also stunning! And all this for an brilliant price! I would definitely recommend people to stay here if they are visiting Buzios

I probaby should not say this to keep it a secret but ... you should visit.

Buzious was fantastic and an absolute play ground! This place was discovered 20 years ago and has grown a lot. It used to be a secret get away and many very wealthy Brazilians have purchased property there plus surrounding islands, etc. I am in love with it so much that we want to invest in buying property there and making it a seasonal home for us there! Hotel was great overlooking the bay not too far away from the ACTION but far away enough that it was quiet. Big comfy bed with lots of pillows. We got the king suite which was fantastic. Big porch ... fabulous service ... menu could have been better ... only burgers and pizza and pasta but otter than this excellent stay. Very economical for USA residents to visit. Highly recommended!!! Staff even spoke English helped with booking excursions, etc. Beaches were excellent with walking by street food vendors, fabulous diving, fishing, snorkeling, boat tours, etc. I cannot express how much fun you will have here. Felt very safe the entire time ... and as an adder the Brazilian people are so sweet and wonderful.

My favourite Hotel in Buzios

This is a beautiful Boutique hotel. When you enter the hotel you feel you are in a Luxury hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was delicious set in a beautiful area. If I return to Buzios I will for sure stay here.

All the staff is super nice. Nice location, 10 min walking from the city center but in a very relaxed location.

The breakfast could be better. It was decent because had a good variety of products nevertheless the pastry should be fresher.

spacious room- we stayed in room 13 no view Great shower air conditioner work well 👍 Bed is comfortable The pool is big and cleaned with good temperature. 10 mins walk to playa bravia. let me tell u, it’s hot 🥵 . we drove! car park cost 350R for hour. they will asked you to pay for your whole stay in Buzios , that is not recommended. just pay for the time u r on the beach. we were able to park in-front of the hotel. walking distance to the famous street 10 mins

The room with no view, I would have like that. Buzios is beautiful to see from up the hill if u r not on the beach. we had 2 rooms but they separated us. I think when booking as family with kids, they need to consider that. we asked many time too to be upgraded. we stayed for 7 days and nothing happened.

did not like nearly anything

the internet was absolutely terrible, unacceptable for a hotel that cost 995 reales. I had to change hotel because of The WIFI. The breakfast was far away what Porto Bay offer at Copacabana. As I ate breakfast half an hour before they closed, several fruits were not available. the personal was not up to level

A charming place located a littler bit away from beach and center but that is OK as it is walking distance. Breakfast OK but much more simple than at PortoBay in Rio. Big and nice room with big terrace. Beautiful view from the room. Very calm both day and night.

Housekeeping outdoors bad with dirty furniture, wet and dirty mattresses etc. In general it seems to be a lack of maintenance such as painting of outdoors wood and metal parts etc.
