Excellent location. You could walk to beach, marina, shops and restaurants.
We did not get his name, but the manager (or owner) was very helpful, especially with parking. He always seemed to be there to greet you.
The breakfast had a good variety of fresh items. As soon as you sit, they bring a small plate of pastries and take your coffee order.
The rooms are dated but clean and comfortable.
Consider booking the 3 hour boat cruise around the coast - stunning views of sea caves and grottoes.

Close to the San Lorenzo Beach, just a few meters.
Parking in front of the hotel, but paid. Maybe for the guests some card or pass for free parking.
Excellent view from the room, big and spacious room with big bathroom.
Wi-Fi was ok.
Breakfast not included in the price.
And lack of gym.

It was very close to the beach and they had floatables at the pool for the children. The breakfast was lovely with a great view. The service of the manager and the staff at breakfast was lovely and attentive, as was one of the other receptionists at the front desk.
I had requested two rooms near each other since we have two 10 year old boys. We were placed on different floors, so I stayed with both boys and my husband stayed alone. That was not so nice. One receptionist at the front desk tended to say or indicate "no" when we asked for simple things like 1) could we leave our luggage at the hotel before our hotel room was ready and 2) could we have towels to be able to swim at the pool? Luckily the manager was around when we asked about the bags and he immediately made room for them. Sadly, he was not around when we asked about the towels even though the cleaning woman/maid was right in the hallway with a pile of towels. The receptionist said we had to wait to use our own towels that we would get once we got the room and that the towels the maid had was for other rooms. That is just poor training. When you can easily accommodate a customer with minimal effort, you should do so with a smile. These requests were very basic. Fortunately, other staff members seemed better trained and were very friendly and later when there was another receptionist there, they had fresh baked goods for us as a treat that were a truly lovely touch.

I liked the closeness of the hotel to the beach , the large parking lot in front and the friendliness of the breakfast stuff serving us .
I would have prefer if there was a restaurant in the premises , at least for lunch.
