I want to write an special thank you to the chef Mohamed. I have to eat gluten free and he made me feel Very safe. He even made me special plates. Thank you!!! You made my stay so much better.

The beautiful reef right in front of the hotel was amazing, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The reception staff were very friendly, and since we arrived in the morning, they kindly allowed us to check in early and even offered us complimentary breakfast. Our room was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the lovely towel figures made for us every day. Highly recommended!
The hotel is on the beachfront but is located on higher ground. There are stairs or a gradual slope to the beach, which is convenient, but the walk is quite long and involves some uphill walking on the way back. There is no bar directly on the beach; so there is another short climb to reach the beach bar.

The beach is amazing the reception literally catered to all of our requests. And pools and the events they arrange just so so good especially all inclusive
All was good to be honest def gonna stay here again if happen to travel to sharm

overall it was OK, but other Jaz Group like Jaz Belveder or Jaz Mirabel are way better.
This Hotel is all inclusive just untill 12 at night, after that they charge you 5 Euro for a drink and 7 Euro for a Cocktail, I found it not fair as the other hotel at Jaz group don't do that, since 2009 never face such a thing in any Hotel in Sharm El Shiekh so I do not recommend such a Hotel at all, a felt cheated.
