I really liked that there was a pre-arranged pick up Driver from the airport to my location all arranged by bookings.com to pick us up at the airport as part of this reservation. I contacted him ahead of my flight and he arrived on time at my destination airport he messages me as soon as I landed and directing me to a convenient meeting point. He was very polite and was well knowledgeable about questions I asked about Cape Town.
With regards to the property, The location was ideal for this short family trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the shops and the beach. We literally crossed the road to get to the shops and restaurants and 5 mins walk to the beach. There are 2 pools on the premises 1 for adults equipped with reclining seats perfect for relaxing by the poolside and another smaller one suitable for kids. The room had beautiful sea views and was neat spacious letting in enough sunlight and was on the upper floor which made it private.
The staff at the facility were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this establishment for short stays such as ours.
The Shower door wasn't closing properly in our room and the shower pressure wasn't great.

Especially loved the chairs and the bed, super clean and comfortable.
Having to jump out the shower to run to the entrance to grab towels off the wall at the entrance of the apartment which I initially though was decor when I arrived in the day. In the evening, it's a hazard to have to jump out the shower to run through the apartment for a towel if you forget to move them. A towel rack in the bathroom would suffice.
