    It's a second time we stay at this hotel. Absolutely love this place. Perfect location, very friendly staff, amazing views as soon as you walk in the door. Couple of things which I believe could make the place and/or experience better: - inside pool has a waterfall effect feature, which creates a fair bit of noise; after about 10 minutes I realised it will not be possible to relax with this sound in the background & left - not entirely related to this particular hotel, but the up need some work done to it. Tricky invoice payment in the app - payment was taken from my card bug ever since this section of the app was showing error message and no payment confirmation email. Considering it was taking place late at night and we were leaving for the airport 5 in the morning, not the ideal situation. Overall, it would be convenient if you could order food & drink at the poolside via app But overall, we like the hotel and looking forward to our next visit

    A great hotel in Mallorca with a top location, direct access to one of the area's most beautiful beaches with pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was chaotic, especially after 9am. The room felt slightly dated, but everything was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating!

    We’ve been loyal Iberostar selection customers. We had great time at other Iberostar selection locations. We spent 2 days at Iberostar selection Es Trenc right before coming here and would 100% recommend that place. However this place is just different. First, if you book it on Agoda, they lie in the pictures of the seaview suite room. In the pics of the room on Agoda, you see a big terrace with a jacuzzi outside and seaview. When we get to the room, it was a small balcony overseeing the Terrance and jacuzzi below us. We are still battling with Agoda for the misrepresentation in the pictures of this room. Had they accurately marketed this room on the website, we wouldn’t have even booked it. Look at the pics I’ve attached that show the actual view from the seaview suite. Second, the room is old and it smelt like someone smoked in the bedroom inside. I couldn’t stand the smell in the bedroom midnight so I had to move to the living room for the rest of the night. Third, it was clearly mentioned on the website that the checkout was at 11am. When we went back to our room at around 10:40am after breakfast, we couldn’t access the room anymore. The cards were deactivated. Eventually a cleaning lady came and helped us into the room. When we got to the front desk to ask for the time we lost trying to get into the room, the front desk lady was so generous that she gave us 30min extension. Totally compensated for the inconvenience. This hotel is not part of IHG and there is a reason for that. Good thing it’s at a good location so it doesn’t really need to try hard for the service level and amenities there. Also Agoda has been really not helpful with the misrepresentation of the room pictures and have not been acknowledging that they’ve put wrong pictures on the website. Overall, Agoda and the hotel are both big disappointments. You can get good hotels around the area for lower price for sure. Do not stay here or book through Agoda for this hotel.
