We stayed for 5 nights, marking our third year in a row at this property. While we had some positive experiences, there were also areas that could use improvement, which I’ll outline below. Starting with the positives, the hotel was very accommodating with early check-in and late check-out. Despite arriving before the official check-in time, we were allowed to use all the facilities, which was a great start to our stay. Similarly, on our departure day, we could store our luggage securely and continue enjoying the hotel’s amenities until our flight, which was much appreciated. The hotel’s grounds are spacious and beautiful, adding to the overall appeal of the property. However, there were some notable areas for improvement. The front desk staff were not very informative, and we found ourselves relying on the driver who transported us from the lobby to our room for most of the information we needed. The rooms themselves could benefit from renovation, particularly the bathrooms, where there was a persistent bad smell of humidity. Additionally, one of the rooms we stayed in on the second floor had no electrical outlets, forcing us to charge our child’s phone on the first floor, which was inconvenient. While the hotel’s territory is lovely, it wasn’t as well-maintained as in previous years. We also struggled with mosquitoes and wasps this time, which was a significant issue compared to past stays when we noticed the hotel used treatments to manage pests. This year, no such measures seemed to be in place, making outdoor time less enjoyable. Lastly, the beach access needs attention—two of the three ladders leading to the beach were broken throughout our stay, which was disappointing and inconvenient. Overall, while we’ve enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past, this year’s experience fell short in some key areas. We hope these issues can be addressed, as the hotel has great potential.

Difficulties with elevators. Lack of food’s variety. Linen has never got changed for 5 days. Lightbulb wasn’t changed even after asking at the reception. Rooms are sooooo “tired”.
