Nice clean well accomodated apartment, enough space for family, beautifull view from the tower, located few minutes by walk from the town centre, shopping mall, pasticeria and beach as well. Giuseppe does not speak English/German, but translator always saved it. He aswered all questions and apartment was ready earlier than oficial check-in time. You could park in front of the house on the street, but you need to watch your tickets.

Missing microwave, but it is not a MUST. Stairs are quite narrow, but normal for such an old nice reconstructed building with admitted ceilings and own character.

Great for small group or family! Clean and well maintained.

This was the perfect spot for work trip. Big rooms, comfortable, private desk area and from the top, best view in viareggio. Little market 50 yards away is wonderful. If you want to be right by the beach this is 15 minute walk but if here to be in the viareggio area for other reasons, this place was fantastic and I would def stay here again. Parking free and easy.

Don’t bring a lot of suitcases because of stairs but that is true of much of Italy.

Nagyon jó felszereltségű, rendkívül tiszta, szép berendezésű apartman. Hangulatos torony csodás kilátással a városra es a hegyekre illetve a tengerre naplementével. Konyhában minden megtalálható, amire az embernek szüksége lehet. Modern fürdőszoba, szobákban rengeteg fiókos es akasztós szekrény, sok fogas, praktikus elrendezés.

Az utcában csak fizetős parkolás van, ami elég kellemetlen és drága is…a közeli ingyenes parkolóban szinte soha nem volt hely. Az ágyak nagyon puhák, nekünk borzasztó kényelmetlenek voltak, sajnos rosszul aludtunk. Tetőtér könnyen felmelegszik, ugyan van klíma de mi azt éjszaka nem használjuk. Ha kinyitjuk az ablakot akkor hajnalban nagyon világos van. Ugyan van mosogatógép illetve mosógép de kapszula vagy mosószer nincs hozzá - ezt érdemes vinni.

Flott leilighet med kort vei til sentrum og strand.

Det var rent og pent. Aircondition i alle rom var ett must. Var en fin leilighet og kort vei å gå til Strand og sentrum. Butikk i nærheten. Fint å sitte oppe i tårnet på ettermiddagen selv om trappen opp var litt bratt. Verten var hyggelig og innsjekk og utsjekk gikk kjempe fint.

Ingenting. Alt var bra.
