We were pleasantly surprised how clean this unit is. Thank you!! Just a few key things missing. There are no baking sheets/cookie sheets. There is a broiler pan but nothing else. Also the sun in the am is good and bad. I wish there were better blinds/curtains to block the sun. I got locked out on the master balcony. Just closed the door and it snapped locked.
On the main balcony one of the metal bars is loose and could let a kid fall through. It’s straight out the main balcony. Three to the left of main support by table.

Location close to the Island Club was good. Building and common areas were very nice with nice entrance with plamters and what looked like newly renovated lobby, elevators and hallways. Very nice.
Apartment was very dated. Sofa springs were sunken in places. One dining chair broken and badly repaired which was quite dangerous. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable with second bedroom with a sofa too close to one of the beds. Bathrooms lacked any towel rails. Fridge did not have an ice maker or water dispenser..
Quite a lot of the china was chipped.
