Palazzo Villelmi

What can I say about this place? It is truly stunning. The building is authentic, beautiful and right in the centre of Cefalù with fantastic views over the Duomo, the rooftops and the sea. The rooms are spotlessly clean with loving attention to detail. Super comfortable bed with super plump pillows. Federico and Vittorio are wonderful hosts who cannot do enough for you, they made me feel super welcome and are really kind. It is clear they genuinely care about their guests experience. I cannot think of a better place to stay if you’re visiting Cefalù

There is nothing not to like

Palazzo Villelmi, Cefalù... honestly one of the best stays of my whole trip. The room was gorgeous... simple but full of character, spotless, comfortable bed, and the little touches (coffee machine, fridge) made it feel properly special for a single room. Loved that it had a TV too, perfect for winding down after a big day walking Cefalù's streets. Location is unbeatable... right in the pedestrian zone, so you're walking distance to everything, the beach, the Duomo, all the little bars and shops, with zero traffic noise. Staff were incredible... warm, genuinely helpful, quick to respond to anything I needed, and made check-in and check-out completely stress-free. Nothing felt transactional, it felt like they actually cared that I had a good stay. If you're after somewhere authentic, central, and run by people who actually give a shit about their guests, this is it. I'd come back to Cefalù just to stay here again. Nothing! Everything was perfect

It is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean! The staff was very friendly.

The location was amazing! I had a room with a view of the cathedral, which was priceless. And the terrace was the perfect place to enjoy the music from the main square without having to buy another drink at a nearby café. What I appreciated most, however, was the kindness and hospitality of the people working there: Vittorio, Federico, and the rest of the team. From the moment I arrived, they shared countless tips about both Cefalù and Palermo, helped me with every question I had, and always took the time to ask how my day had been. Thank you all for your warmth and hospitality!

The central location means that it can be quite noisy at night. I came prepared and slept with the windows closed and earplugs in, accepting the slight noise from the air conditioning. It's worth keeping in mind if you're a light sleeper.
