We had an amazing time at this apartment! It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The living area is ideal for relaxing or sharing meals as a group, and the huge balcony with its stunning view of the church was a real highlight – perfect for sunny breakfasts or late-night drinks. The location is fantastic: easy to reach, with the promenade and beach just a short walk away. The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to cook at home, and the beds were so comfortable – I slept like a dream! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always responding promptly to any questions. This place is truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for everything! 😊

Apartment Ulika is actually even better than it looks in the photos. It is cozy and as soon as you are inside, you feel like you are at home. You lack absolutely nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are all the necessary appliances. Each of the three bedrooms is cozy, the beds are comfortable. Everywhere is clean. Sufficient internet connection speed. Even though the apartment only has one air conditioning unit, it is quite sufficient. Of course, if there were more smaller ones, it would probably be more optimal. We were there at a time when the temperature was 35 degrees in the shade and the temperature inside the apartment was ok. I definitely recommend it to families, separate bedrooms guarantee privacy. Two terraces are also a benefit. For lovers of absolute peace, I must say that about 50 meters away there is a church that chimes. We didn't mind it, it made a nice sound color. We would be happy to come back here. To add to that, I would also like to mention that the apartment has its own parking space by the house and a separate entrance.

The location is in a quiet area of Medulin, not far from the beach (one of the few sandy ones on the Adriatic coast). The apartment is in the attic of a villa where the owners also live. There are three bedrooms, a living room, and a small kitchen. The rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. The host was quite friendly and responsive to our needs.
