This typical Istrian stone house is located in the center of the resort Medulin. The renovated interiors consist of three comfortable bedrooms with private TV, three bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and large living room. The whole domicile is air-conditioned and harmoniously furnished with style. On the property there is a pool with sunbathing area and a terrace for socializing. This vacation home is suitable for families and couples. Here you can easily reach the city center, the waterfront and the sea on foot. The area is known for hiking and biking trails, and you can also try windsurfing, kiteboarding and diving. Along the coast there are numerous beach bars and restaurants.
