La piscina y la comida del restaurante 10/10

Por el precio del spa nos esperábamos algo más grande o que se pudieran hacer más cosas

Las fotos de redes y de booking no le hacen justicia a este hotel..mi habitación estaba impecable y las zonas comunes también.. mirando reseñas la gente quejándose por la cama y yo dormí como un bebé..la verdad que la zona las pozas de debajo del hotel la piscina y los animales que rodean no puede ser mejor.. Hacer mención a la camarera rubia de restaurante durante la cena fue muy amable y muy acertado en la comida que nos recomendó 10 de 10 . Todo estaba muy limpio

Lo único que cambiaría es el humor de los dos recepcionistas

A very enjoyable stay, as always. Set in a beautiful location with a great pool, spa and restaurant.

The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The location of the hotel is amazingly located in the middle of a valley surrounded by nature and mountains. The restaurant was very good even though the portions were a bit to big for our taste.

The room could need a renovation, our door handle was missing and the safe didn't function. The bed with 1,40m was very small for a 4-star hotel, but still comfortable. It surprised us that the spa access was not included in the price. We also found a lower rate than we booked incl. spa access on Booking.com. Even though the restaurant was very good during lunch and dinner, the breakfast disappointed completely. Overall we would not book again, because it doesn't meet our expectations of a 4-star hotel.
