Sheets and towels need replacing - old, worn and stained. Bathrooms need updating - old and cramped

Satisfied with the room. Clean and cozy. The receptionists are nice and kind.
It would be better if they can have a clear guidance for how to find the shuttle bus at the airport. We reserved the hotel for shuttle bus service, but because the unclear communication with the receptionist, we went to the wrong bus station and missed the last shuttle bus. Have to spend 20 dollars to take a taxi at night.

The room was spacious
It’s not so close to the airport 15 mins minimum and could be more with traffic. It’s fine but they can’t call mercure guaRULHOS AEROPORT on booking. Thats soooo misleading
