A car is needed since the house is not so near to the beach or downtown. However, if you go on foot, the walk will be a pleasant one, if it's not too hot. The house is cozy and clean, a little bit dated but quite nice, especially outside. The pool is large and clean, the sunbeds are great, and everything outside is excellent. The living room is spacious and bright, the sleeping rooms big enough, mattresses excellent. There's a supermarket 20 m away.
The house has a water issue, the pressure is bad, especially in the bathroom upstairs. Make sure to get clear instructions on how to use the shower upstairs because otherwise, you will be very annoyed by not having the ability to take a proper shower.
