The Staff at reception was very friendly and warm, especially Anni who helped us most of the time.
The door of the room was not functioning well, the knob was loosen and hard to open every time.

Location is great. Rooms were clean, with new white towels in the bathrooms and nice bed linen. Very large - Had 602 and 604
Wanted a room for 3 - had to book 2 rooms which seemed ridiculous when there was ample room for an extra bed in 602. General areas were tired - carpet very dirty/looked old in 6th floor hallway and reception area and lift area dull and uninviting. Bathroom old in 602 vs 604 which had been remodelled. Ok but some parts clearly need upgrading. Room 602 was noisy.

Location is excellent. Room was big.
There is no heating. Bathroom needs to be cleaned better.
