The staff were very easy to deal with and had excellent English. The room was spotless clean and very spacious. It was also in an excellent location, very quiet and plenty of places to shop.

Location, amazing breakfast and also the Feijoada on Saturdays! Everyone is very friendly.

Could use a bit of an upgrade

The only reason we chose the hotel was to be super close to family. It is indeed very well located and close to the airport, parque Ibirapuera and the surrounding neighborhood Moema which is bustling in the night.

The entrance of the hotel is nice, but it stops there. The rooms are so badly maintained. There are wooden frames completely torn apart around the flooring, and almost non-existent around the bathroom due to molded and rotten wood. The toilet sink/shower was leaking the whole night even though the faucets were closed completely. The windows are a single layer, so even on the 16th floor that we were located, it was possible to hear dogs bark on the street. Now imagine that sound, but just an airplane taking on/off right above you. You literally can't sleep for more than between 23-6 where they stop flying. Due to the high price tag, we thought the windows would at least be a tiny bit soundproofed, but no, not at all. The room was super cold, and the ac didn't help heating it up. Our ac was off the whole night, but it still started here and there during the night waking us up on several occasions. You should really only stay here if you need to, I'm sure way better maintained are out there for a fraction of the price.
