We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mercury Hotel, especially the friendly and helpful staff and the clean, comfortable room with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, with vegan options available. The restaurant also offers delicious lunch and dinner. We'd love to come back!

Location is good. Nice, safe neighbourhood. The very good breakfast. Quite comprehensive. Big, comfortable beds. Decent sized rooms. Friendly staff. Sustainability-focused practices.
Why would a hotel NOT provide complimentary drinking water for its guests? Only drinking water in the rooms were available in the overpriced mini bars. Not cool. Also cleaning can be a little better. The housekeeping staff regularly missed some spots in the bathroom.

The room is very good to sleep. The bed is very confortable. The apartament is very clean
The prices of food in the minibar are abusive, water R$15, chocolate R$20, snacks R$30. Extremely expensive and disrespectful to customers.
