O Hotel é bem localizado e a equipe de staff é muito boa! Apesar do check-in ser somente às 15h, o Mercure oferece o suporte para quem chega mais cedo e precisa sair para resolver as coisas em SP.
A limpeza do banheiro. Quando cheguei o box estava cheio de cabelos tanto no ralo quanto nos azulejos. Quem limpou não se ateve a limpar nessa área. O hall do 10 andar estava muito velho também. Percebi que o Hotel possui outros andares reformados, que não era o caso do 10.
Eu passei 3 dias, contudo não houve a reposição de sabonete e nem das toalhas.

Location is good. Easy access to many touristic places. Uber and taxis always available.
The room and common areas were clean.
Friendly staff.
Parking was cheap and easy.
I informed it was a birthday celebration, the receptionist said he was going to organise something in the room to surprise my partner. But nothing was done.

Staff were very friendly and helpful
Some of the walls in the hall area really looked like a third rate youth hostel. While the pool was nice, and the breakfast was good, the overall facility was certainly not a four-star hotel.
