Stayed here for a night and did not enjoy it at all. We arrived at around 10pm and had asked if there still was food available. The restaurant had closed so thought we'd sit down and have a drink instead. The reception told us the bar was open until 01:00am but when we got there the very unfriendly lady was telling us they were now closed. If we wanted anything we could go to the vending machine. She was very rude and didn't provide any assistance at all.
We then asked if room service was available but that closes too. This means we're now stuck in a hotel without any food or drinks available. They also have the audacity to have signs throughout "no food delivery allowed", which I understand if your restaurant is open - but clearly it was closed.
Then there's the quality of the room. To start, there's no airconditioning. They also don't put your duvet on the bed, but only leave sheets (so you have to do it yourself). The rooms are very noisy and basic. There's also no phone to call reception (you have to dial them on a well hidden phone number - probably to minimise contact) and also no glassware or coffee cups.
The next morning we asked if we could get an iron and iron board which they told us we could "come get" from reception instead of bringing it over like every normal 4 star hotel with a decent level of service.
Breakfast was okay, but service again very basic.
Overall, this is NOT a 4 star hotel but more a basic, off-the-road, place to overnight. Would not recommend staying more than a night or staying here at all.

free parking and near to arnhem. room a little old. one mattress was sagging. good breakfast. used towel hanging on door handle of emergency exit door when we checked in till the next day
