The bed was comfortable

The receptionist was extremely rude, when I asked to check in she gave a big sigh as if I was a huge inconvenience! Breakfast was limited in choice

Everything about this hotel was perfect!: - Nice staff - Excellent brekafast: wide choice of everything and very-very delicious! - Cozy hotel - Cleand and good rooms, every necessary thing was there - Good location, close to the supermarket and city centre - Underground parking is available Chrismas mood also was felt there :))

The outside of the hotel doesn’t even tell 1/3 of the story. The building might be dull, but the inside is anything but. Nicely decorated, good size room and a good bed. also a big + that the chair in the room was nice to sit in and the “desk” was huge, compared to most hotel rooms in this price range.

The cheese at the breakfast buffet did look slightly “sweaty”

2 of the Receptionists (the not so tall white guy with short hair and the tall black hair woman with long nails) Were really really unfair sll the time: she wanted to sell me a bottle of wine from the shop for the price of a bottle drank at the bar, and than inventing excuses about the price supposedly for a small half bottle (when it was clearly written 75 cl..) They made me wait like half an hour to change for 2nd time the room (the first 2 rooms had problems with window or heating broken) and it took like 1 hour or more and I had to get angry to get a solution.. they pretend to be always buisy at the desk, msking you wait all the time with a very bad actitude and often they were not there (smoking in an externsl hallway I saw once from the street..). Reception snd bar often empty with no waiter. Finally the room I got the window was not broken, the heating functioning but the drain of the shower didn’t flow.. really slow.. I asked to fix it and than it was even worst.. snd they even let it dirt sfter trying to fix it.. A coupple of days I only had 1 big towel instead of the 4 or at least the 2 (1big 1small) for 1 person.. and once in the cleaning they didn’t even took hair out of the drain (wich already worked bad from the 1st day) it was really bad! Other people were instead very kind and gentle.

The stuff is very cheerful and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and has various of options. Rooms are comfortable.

A mini fridge might be useful in the rooms. Lightning in the room is a little bit dark.

although we had the most expensive room on the property, the hallway to the room and the room had a strong smell of sewer. since there was no other room available we had no choice to stay and tolerate it. when we addressed this with the manager next morning we were told this is a common issue and has to do with the sewer system. I believe if that is true Fletcher should not sell these rooms . Theo

Good hotel with breakfast, friendly staff, close to the central station.

Strange smell in the room, like wet carpets. Shower had only 1 small wall, so we had to wipe bathroom floor every time after showering. Breakfast was the same every day: more fruits and options in general would be nice. Restorant was too expensive for the food they provided.
