Luxury vacation home steps from the beach on a private cul-de-sac off of ocean drive. The perfect vacation house!!! 3 bedrooms, each with a TV and 3 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Pullout sofa bed in living room. Heated saltwater pool and over a quarter acre fenced-in private lot with lush grass all around! Perfect for backyard BBQ's and games. Full-sized kitchen with all amenities needed to make an at-home meal. The home has dark wood floor throughout and all bathrooms are modern, sleek and updated. Very Family Friendly! House is stocked with two pack-and-play cribs, one high chair, stroller, step stool and toys/pool toys for kids. Pool also has a locked safety fence and shallow area for children. Beach chairs and towels included!
Walking distance to Delray Beach's largest attraction, downtown Atlantic Avenue. Atlantic is home to Delray's finest restaurants, shopping, bars and nightlife. There is no shortage of activities available at the Southways House!

A little staycation in the area to spend time with family that came in from out of town. Amazing location and the hosts were fabulous. Would definitely come back and stay in this gem!

The property is beautiful and the amenities were awesome! We were all extremely pleased with our choice to stay at this house. It was an amazing family vacation! One thing needs addressed though, the shower and tub combo is extremely slippery and could use something to help with that! We will definitely be looking to come back soon!
