Villa Rijeka Rezevici

Our stay at Villa Rijeka Reževići was excellent, and we’re very grateful to Dejana and especially Vesna, whose communication was incredibly fast and helpful throughout. The villa is bright, spacious, spotless, and the air conditioning works brilliantly. The pool area gets sun all day and is a good depth for adults, though the pool itself is on the narrow side. Families should be aware that you need to stay close for supervision, and there isn’t a particularly comfortable seating area right beside the pool. The location is great — a small shop just 30 seconds away with all the essentials. The local beach is small but lovely, with a bar for drinks. The walk back up is steep (around 750m), and walking to other restaurants isn’t really practical due to the busy road. A few small improvements would make the villa even better: more toiletries, an extra hair dryer, fixing the minor shower leaks, and paving the rear grass area which is currently more mud/dust. Even with these points, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return.

There’s lots of outdoor seating overall, but only two loungers and two recliners so a problem if you have more adults A few small improvements would make the villa even better: more toiletries, an extra hair dryer, fixing the minor shower leaks, and paving the rear grass area which is currently more mud/dust. Also, we may have been spoilt in other places, but a small 'welcome pack' would have been nice. Some fruit, bottle of wine etc always makes you feel special! Even with these points, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend

The villa and the owner were both perfect. Dejena and Vesna were helpful and kind. They helped with everything and they were quick to answer our questions. The villa was clean and comfortable. Every room has a separate bathroom, which is perfect for a big group.

Some kitchen utensils (pans) could be newer, they were a bit damaged.

Very rapid communication in case of questions. Dejana rapidly solved a problem with a mattress and a technical problem with the wifi provider. Much appreciated the rapid action taken to solve these problems. The garage with space for two cars is a real asset since parking spots are scarce in the narrow streets.

price a bit overrated to my opinion.

We liked the location, it was clean and the host was nice. The kids loved the pool. It’s also a pet friendly rental and our dog enjoyed it. Beautiful sunsets.
