GH-Modern 2 bed apartment with Pool in Estepona

Heerlijk schoon en ruim appartement. Mooi en goed ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

Het zwembad was oud en niet schoon en is aan vervanging toe. We hebben er daardoor geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Great location and a lovely, quiet apartment. Convenient parking space in the garage and easy access to the apartment itself. Fully equiped kitchen and perfect for families

Was a little disappointed with the appearance of the outdoor area, the furniture wasn’t in the best condition

The property is not beach-front, but conveniently located to Laguna Village and an Aldi (less than 10 mins drive). The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. Large terrace was great and small pool to cool down a nice touch. Indoor parking conveniently located just below the apartment unit. A/C worked greta to give the apartment a quick cool-down if/when needed. Great outdoor shared pool.

TV had no local channels and Netflix ran very slow due to the age of the TV itself. Wifi was great. The shared pool, very nice, was located on the other side of the apartments structure and required a key fob to enter, but the one provided didn't work. We were loaned another one, so in the end fine. There wasn't a stand for the large umbrella, but the awning above the table worked out.

La propreté est à revoir surtout la terrasse L’appartement est situé à 15mn en voiture de Puerto banus et même plus quand il y’a un embouteillage chose assez fréquente Le fait qu’on a pas reçu notre remboursement du dépôt de 500 € qu’après avoir réclamé chez booking après plus que 15 jours
