About this villa rental
Enjoy everything new and fresh. All beds as well as some other furniture are from -18. The house has underfloor heating and is heated in winter so all textiles are fresh.
This is a place to unwind, there are no queues and no stress. Charming 19th century community Pataholm is on a cycling distance with cafe and some exclusive sales. Nearest beach 700 meters. Kalmar is within half an hour with the castle and all the attractions.
Mönsterås offers many exciting hike tracks as the wast Småland woodlands rise west of the coast, maps available in the Tourist Information in Mönsterås.
Kitchen has a gas stove for the ambitious chef. All gas, electricity, internet and household basics such as wipes, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and coffee machine filters included.
Towels and linen new and of high quality
End cleaning included.
A 4,6m boat with Yamaha50 available at an extra charge for the experienced boater.
A number of outdoor toys and equipment are available for guests. For water sports especially a 2,8m new rubber boat with alu flooring, 2 SUP boards, advanced wind-surfing board, water skis and a tube (if renting also the boat). Tennis and badminton rackets and balls and a number of garden games. The house is on a one-way street with a turnaround with very low traffic, kids can play tennis on the turnaround area.
The marina is a perfect and safe place to spend a day of playing with the water toys.
In 2026 there will be a pool adjacent to the veranda, parents can keep an eye on their children from the kitchen. It will be a round pool of 3,5m diameter and 1,2m deep. Parents must keep an eye on bathing children at all times!

Tolle, ruhige und sehr idyllische Lage mit seitlichem Blick auf eine Ostseebucht. Auf dem Feld hinterm Haus tummeln sich Hase, Reh, Fasan und Gänse, so dass es - von der großzügigen Terrasse aus - immer etwas zu gucken gibt.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt.
In den beiden kleinen Schlafzimmern mangelt es ein wenig an Stauraum, jedoch gibt es im Wohnbereich noch einen Schrank, in dem man Kleidung aufhängen kann.
Bei Fragen war der Vermieter stets direkt zur Stelle und gab sogar noch Tipps anlässlich des Midsommar-Festes.
Wir haben uns, auch dank den sehr netten Nachbarn, absolut wohl gefühlt und der Urlaub hätte nicht schöner sein können.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und es bietet genug Platz für 3 Biker und ihre Motorräder. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich und insgesamt war es eine der schönsten Motorradtouren überhaupt.

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus mit unseren beiden Teenagern zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Das (geräumige) Haus liegt ruhig, ist toll ausgestattet und genauso eingerichtet. Auf dem Feld hinter dem Haus kann man Vögel (Fasane, Rebhühner, Gänse…) beobachten und manchmal kommt auch ein Reh vorbei. Kurz: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
