The property is located in the Meadows Association which has it own private neighborhood swimming pool, tennis & basketball courts and playground. My house is directly across the street from the pool and tennis/basketball courts which makes it very convenient to enjoy these recreational activities.
There are 3 OPTIONS to rent .
3 Bedroom Suite on the main floor … OR … the Lower Level 4 Bedroom Suite … OR … the Whole 7 Bedroom House but the price for the 7 Bedroom house is about double this listing price. There is another listing for the 7 Bedroom Whole house option on this VRBO site.
The 3 BEDROOM SUITE is on the main floor or ground level and consists of 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. This option has a separate entrance through the front door or through the 2 car attached garage. The master bedroom with king bed has a walk in closet and a half bath. You will also find a medium sized 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and another smaller bedroom with a full bed. This main floor has a nice large eat in kitchen and medium sized family room. Ask about the option to include a 4 season room and additional living space in the lower level. The lower level has our 3 bedroom suite that could be included if you need more space. See description below.
THE LL 3 BEDROOM SUITE is an area for rent that is mostly in the lower level of this brick ranch house. This 3 BR option has a separate entrance through a privacy fenced patio into a four season room with fireplace. This is your above ground living space is included when you rent the lower level. This lower level Mother in Law apartment has two daylight windows (one in the room and one in a bedroom) that give you ample sunlight. You will find a 3/4 bathroom with shower and a medium sized kitchen with washer/dryer closet. The 2nd bedroom is nonconforming without a window (if you want a 2nd bedroom w/window then we can rearrange family room into bedroom suite and make non conforming BR into a theater room. We will try to give many options to our guests to make their stay comfortable.
Your parking is a two car parking slab (next to the 2 car attached garage and privacy fence patio) plus off street parking also. There is a small yard and the patio is very private and great for BBQs especially after a nice swim in the pool across the street.
