- in order to have more guests and to earn more money, it makes sense to lower the price per night in the current low season. - It would be nice if mum could download the Google Translate app to communicate with English speaking guests more easily :) - There is no key access. A family member needs to open the house door. - When there are more guests, an extending cable with a multiple power socket will be needed

Tranquilo

Local bem tranquilo, para quem tem disposição da para ir andando para vários pontos turísticos. Luiz é um cara muito massa, ouve um rock classico, dá várias dicas de rolês na cidade e no estado do Rio todo _ e até emprestou ferramenta para eu arrumar a moto.

Para quem for nos rolês próximos ao Museu Imperial precisa caminhar um tanto bom. O quarto tem duas beliches pequenas, se estiver lotado pode ficar meio apertado.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. :)

Besonders gut hat uns die familiäre Atmosphäre gefallen. Wir hatten bereichernde Gespräche mit dem Gastgeber sowie den anderen Gästen. Der Gastgeber war besonders hilfreich und immer verfügbar. Als wir angekommen waren hatten wir einen Kaffee bekommen und herzlicherweise auch noch Kekse dazu. Überraschenderweise hat Luiz ( Gastgeber ) sogar noch meine Auto sauber gewischt 🫣

Das wir vorab nicht wussten, dass es sich bei der Unterkunft um ein Familien Hostel handelt. Das war im 1. Moment eine neue und überraschende Erfahrung, dass in der Unterkunft auch die Familie mit schläft. Im Nachgang hat man sich aber sehr wohl gefühlt und es diese Erfahrung positiv gemacht. Bisher kannte ich die Form des reisens im Hostel aus Europa so, dass die Küche und das Wohnzimmer zum teilen waren. Die Küche der Familie hätte man nutzen können, haben wir dann aber nicht gemacht. Da man das Gefühl hatte, doch etwas in die Privatphäre einzutreten.

Festival de Chocolate

A casa é um charme e apesar de ser um casarão antigo, não tinha nada com cheiro de mofo. Adorei os itens de decoraçã, tmb antigos, muito legal. Roupa de cama cheirosas, cama e travesseiros macios... chuveiro esquenta bem, foi uma boa estadia. Ficamos dias 01-02 e 03 de Agosto. O anfitrião, Sr Luiz é simplesmente simpatissimo e muito solicito. Adoramos!

A estadia com ele é incrível. A casa é fantástica, super bem localizada, extremamente arejada, a cozinha é ampla e contém todos os utensílios imagináveis. A decoração do local é incrível, tem vários instrumentos musicais, uma área de grama na frente, um alpendre maravilhoso, uma TV, sofás muito confortáveis. Enfim, hospedagem fantástica.

Foi uma passagem rápida por Petropolis, mas muito agradavel e especial. Luiz, proprietario da casa, foi muitissimo gentil, nos deixando à vontade e sempre a disposição para o que precisassemos. Uma graça a casa, com detalhes unicos que me fizeram lembrar de uma época e de pessoas inesqueciveis.

Eine gemütliche Ruhe Oase

Luiz und seine Tochter haben mich wie ein drittes Familienmitglied fühlen lassen. Wir haben Stunden lang geredet, philosophiert, gelacht und gegessen. Das Haus ist wundervoll ruhig im historischen Stadtteil gelegen, mit kleinen süßen Zimmern. Die riesen Küche ist ein Traum für Menschen, die gerne kochen, da sie perfekt ausgestattet ist. Eine kleine ruhige Parallelwelt in die man abtaucht. Ich freue mich nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen! 😊
