Casarão Petrópolis Vintage - Hostel & Suítes

This place is more like a guesthouse than a hotel. It is a house, and the guest rooms are located behind the owner's living area. The property is a little uphill and not far from the town center and market, but I would recommend taking an Uber to get there. Overall, everything was okay. The bathroom was good, and the owner tried their best to take care of the guests. However, it seemed that the property hadn’t had many guests for a while.

My main complaint is the bed in the dormitory room. The bunk beds are not very sturdy, and even though I am only 160 cm tall, I couldn’t sit upright on my bed without bending or tilting my head the whole time. This made my stay quite uncomfortable. I would recommend replacing the current beds with two-level bunk beds instead of three-level ones. This would make the room much more comfortable while still keeping the same capacity of six beds. The kitchen doesn’t have many facilities or equipment, but it is still usable. Despite the issues with the beds, I would stay here again if the owner replaced them with more comfortable and practical bunk beds.

Lindo local. Muito limpo e organizado. Luis é um cara muito legal e nos tratou muito bem. Nós nos sentimos como se estivéssemos em casa.

O custo benefício é um pouquinho elevado.

A localização é excelente. Além da recepção e disponibilidade que o responsável tem com os hóspedes.

Eu gostei de tudo
