About this house rental
100m2 house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Oriented South West. Lawn in front of living room and veranda with automatic watering. Air-conditioned house located in a neighborhood 1.5 km from the beach and the city center. The village of Sanary is a fishing village and is very touristy. Many activities are possible in the evening with the craft market, fireworks, various free shows offered by the town hall. The house is located 5km from Fregate golf course for golfers.

Correspondence & check in with Jeannine & her son Ronan was perfect.
Home was a bit more dated than expected but was spotless. Kitchen area quite small, work surfaces a bit cramped if you wanted to cook meals etc. This is just my opinion, I’m sure, not everyone would agree.
Garden rather small, outdoor dining was adequate, if you like to recline in the sun, area with sunbed was rather restricted.
The only thing that curtailed my stay (again, this was due to my health problems, nothing to do with owner)
Was the busy road behind the house/garden. The fumes were quite over powering and really made my asthma allergy quite uncomfortable.
I am sure this property would suit most people.
There are a few bars, not a large variety of restaurants (that we found) in Sanary-sur-mer. Not really walking distance, a car would be quite essential.

Très bonne situation dans un lotissement proche des plages et des commerces. Une propreté irréprochable, un accueil sympathique, il ne manque rien pour passer des vacances agréables.
