Laforet Shuzenji Sanshisuimei

We had an incredible stay! Our room was beautiful and the private bath on the balcony was lovely. The toiletries provided were also of good quality. Some of the negative reviews noted it’s a long walk between facilities - we did not find this to be as much of an issue as people made it out to be. It is only a 15 minute walk across the whole property, and there is a shuttle bus that runs regularly, both across the property and to the train station.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dinner arrangements despite our late arrival. Their preparation, flexibility, and warm hospitality were truly appreciated. Great food too.

Nothing to complain

Staff/room/onsen was great

Location was beautiful, but very remote

You can play sports and enjoy onsen

• staff couldn't explain clearly about the facility. • amenities need to be bought but it should be provided • cleanig is not properly done (toilets and outside bath + big spider web hiding the view) • as there are no convenience store around, the store at the guest house and mariott should have more daily products ( contact lens solution, small snacks, alcohol etc.) • all the activities are spread across the facility so it is tiring to go from the hot spring, to the dinner to the sport center etc. Maybe having free bycicle availables to use would be great to make the stay more comfortable.
