Hibiscus 301 A

Location couldn't be any better. Best balcony view on the beach (third floor). Lots of space for two people. Everything was in working order except the overhead microwave, but there was a new replacement on the counter. Decor is without a doubt the most "unique" in St. Augustine.

Toilets way too low to the floor. Very faint faucet leaks in the kitchen and the guest bathroom. Cabinet above the counter microwave (left door) is very loose at the hinge. Difficult to figure out the television system without instruction. Had to play with the remote for a couple of days to start enjoying. Difficult to climb the steps to the third floor for the elderly. Would love to stay again, but the stairs thing may be a deal breaker. Thanks.

The location was perfect for looking out over the gorgeous dunes and seeing the ocean. The master bed was very comfortable. This is the less crowded part of St. Augustine.

The place was old and cluttered with too much deco and furniture, It made it seem very dark in the condo. Needs an internal redo.

The view was amazing and the beds were comfy. The beach was absolutely incredible.

No elevator! The furniture and decor have not been updated in a long time, probably bought at a thrift shop over a decade ago. With everything being so old it just felt a little dirty.

We liked the location and the amenities the “resort” offered

The description and information given on the apartment were completely deceitful and misleading. Going on vacation and wanting to cook in a “kitchen” could never happen in this location. Everything was either filthy or broken, rigged up with something holding it together or just completely didn’t work. There were multiple microwaves in which one didn’t even work or have a handle. the lamps in the bedrooms didn’t work, the drains in the bathroom did not drain, the comforters smelled like urine. Everything in this apartment was very old and out dated, each furniture piece was broken somehow or missing a peice.
