The best time

The location was perfect for us, close to restaurants/bars and the beach. The balcony was huge and the pool area was beautiful. The rooms were clean and had everything we could need. The room also had a tv with Netflix/youtube which was a nice extra surprise. The staff were so friendly and very attentive to every need. We were impressed by the property and hope to be back!

Location

It says there is parking but upon arrival they said that if we take the car and want to come back after, the parking spot is not guaranteed. The shower was not very good - it was blocked and not very clean. Breakfast is not great.

Great value!

Spacious, spotlessly clean rooms, great WiFi, comfy beds, air con is really effective, staff are really friendly, balcony is great and swimming pool aren’t is excellent. Highly recommend.

Breakfast finishes at 0930, 10am would be better but it’s a decent spread.

Nice clean room. In a good location for the centre although about a 30 mins walk to the promenade area. Good but simple continental breakfast.

Breakfast, was perfect. Exactly what u need for starting the day. I always love some eggs with breakfast. Coffee, everything was there. Fruit, water, orange juice. All perfect. Nice brioche with chocolate inside. Zero complaints.

Great stay in Sarande

Vila Jona was great, decent location on the main road. Plenty of good restaurants etc nearby. You could walk to beaches pretty easily as well. Hosts were very helpful and helped us book a taxi to the port as well.

Very nice stay and perfect for little budgets :)

Our stay at Vila Jona was great, we loved the room with my sister. The balcony is very large, the furniture is modern and it even has a TV with Netflix on it. Our host was very nice and friendly it was a pleasure meeting her. We recommend staying here for little budgets :) The hotel is a bit far from the main street with the beach restaurants (10-15 mins walk) however it is a nice walk, pretty safe and there are 2 bus stops close to the hotel (5 mins walk) if we want to go to Ksamil or Butrint park for the day.

The room was very clean with a big terrace and an amazing view. The host is very polite and we really liked her. The port is 15 minutes away from the property, but there are many restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay here:)

It is a family owned business and they treat you like a part of it. They were always asking if everything was ok and did everything they could to help us. The rooms are clean and nice and spacious, the breakfast was ok and the location is perfect, not near the port but neither too far away, with beach clubs and restaurants just around the corner. You can even reach the Vila by taking the bus that goes to Ksamil.

The breakfast was lovely a standart buffet with fresh products and included everything a person eats for breakfast. The location was not far from the port of the city. You could ti the center of the city.

The shampoo and shower gel were not written which was which. But not bothering detail at all.

Clean, comfy and well located!

Everything brand new. The room and bathroom were super clean. The balcony is big and spacious!! Location is central, you can walk to the beach and you have every service in a walking distance. The breakfast is also well served and they let us park out car in a reserved parking spot!

Nothing relevant. This is managed like an hotel, they give you the key, what time is the breakfast and that’s it. A suggestion would be to give tourists a mini guide to the city, with nice things to see and good places to eat.

Exceptional

We the best stay at Vila Jona. The location was great. A 10 minute walk to our favorite beach Santa Quaranta and a 15 minute walk (opposite direction) alongside beautiful beach views down to the city center. The room we got was new, clean and modern. We had a huge balcony overlooking the street, restaurants, stores etc. everything you need is right there. Two ATMs at our doorstep, a supermarket 50 meters down, rooftop bars and plenty of restaurants in every direction, car and scooter rentals all around and the bustop to KsamiI within a 5 minute distance. I like to add that the room is very quiet! We were never disturbed by outside noise. The AC is new and worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels. Breakfast was amazing. Burek with white cheese, olives, honey, eggs, sausage and lots more. Deliciuous! There are many great restaurants nearby. If you are looking for traditional Balkan food I’d highly recommend Te Bequa 2. If you are looking to grab something fast a pita gyros at Kantina is the go to place. And the best part of our trip was the hostess at Vila Jona. Tina really made our stay memorable. Such a sweetheart, she always asked and made sure we had everything we needed, and if there was anything we needed she was happy to help us out. I’d highly recommend this place for both families and friends traveling. You will love your stay at Vila Jona, I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Saranda! Thank you for everything Tina :)

Everything was amazing:the room,the owners,the view,the location and the wonderful breakfast in the morning!The place is lovely same as the family that runs this hotel!Felt like at home!Walking distance to everything you will possibly need in Saranda in every way possible!:)Highly recommended!
