I appreciated how spacious and clean it is, the clear directions for parking and entering, and the kitchen.

Fans would be a good addition. Also a mosquito net in the family room would have been good; the person sleeping on the couch bed was a good snack for the mosquitos.

Spacious and comfortable, private parking, easy access, located near the river.

No air conditioning or fans, when opening the windows a lot of noise from the road, cars or trains. Bedside table drawers need fixing. In the check-in instructions message it says that the city tax money should be placed in the key box upon arrival, which we did. Then we got a call after check-out politely accusing us of not paying. We politely insisted that we did; there was no follow-up call. Several people seem to have access to the key boxes or they don’t communicate enough with each other. The city tax payment process needs to be improved.

The apartments are very comfortable we have really enjoyed our stay. For longer stay and if you want to cook a lot you need to know that there is only more basic things in the kitchen but we did not need an extensive kitchen equipment so for us it was perfect.

It is right next to main road, so it's a little bit to loudy - we had to close all windows
