Loistava sijainti keskeisellä paikalla linnan juuressa, ravintolat suoraan kadun varrella. Normaalikokoiselle autolle parkkipaikka vastapäisen kirkon pihalla, ajo porttikongista, iso auto ei mahdu, ajo kävelykatua pitkin. Erinomainen loft-tyyppinen kattohuoneisto, jossa reilut ilmanvaihtokoneet, miellyttävästi remontoitu. Jenkkikaappi, keittiössä ruokailuvälineistö. Lemmikkikin viihgyi isossa, viileässä huoneistossa.
