Rly nice breakfast and they are very accommodating! Pretty much anything you want to do they can help you organize or give advice on where to go! We did the snorkeling trip through them and rented a motorbike for three days to explore the island. WiFi also is fantastic should you need to work.
Nothing! The only feedback I’d add is that the room we were staying in has a bathroom window screen which could be fixed as there were quite a few mosquitos in our room but nothing major!

It's 2 minutes walk from the port, so it's very convenient if you plan to explore the island with a rented motorcycle; no need to think how to get around until you get a bike. The staff/owners were all friendly and helpful. We also got some tips on what to check out from fellow travelers; with the set up of the community areas you get to hang out with the other guests.
The mattresses (in the family room) were seriously too soft for any adult (for the 20-30 kg kids it was OK). One of the motorcycles we rented from them didn't have a functioning rear break, but since the roads are so bad on the island, you can't really go over 30 km/h anyway, we didn't complain about it (perhaps if we did we would have got another bike).
