Very beautiful Provençal farmhouse in authentic stone lost in the oaks and olive trees, idyllic and rejuvenating setting.
Completely renovated in 2015, all comfort in a quiet area and without any 360° vis-à-vis.
With a capacity of 6 people carefully decorated, air-conditioned floor with 3 bedrooms, and a 4th unpartitioned (see photos), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, with a very nice swimming pool area and its summer kitchen/poolhouse, a huge landscaped garden that gives a feeling of freedom, a large parking lot that also serves as a petanque court... A carport for 2 cars (new in 2025)

It is located 2 km from a commercial area in MONTAREN, 8 km from UZES historic and medieval town with its Duchy and its renowned Provencal market, close to the Pont du Gard classified as a World Heritage Site and the Haribo candy museum, the Camargue and its beaches, the Cevennes and the Ardèche, the cities of Nîmes, Avignon, Arles and Anduze.
As you can see, the property is located in the middle of nature, in the heart of walking and hiking trails, close to a family water park "La Bouscarasse" as well as a fishing lake, ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends...

- Living/dining room with fireplace, TV, table for 8 people, and two sofas, one of which is convertible.
- Travertine bathroom with 2 sinks, large walk-in shower and toilet
Upstairs: air conditioning for cool nights
- a 1st bedroom with double bed + wardrobe.
- a 2nd bedroom with double bed + wardrobe which closes with curtains used occasionally.
- a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds but possibility of gluing them together to make 1 double bed + cupboard + access to the balcony.
- a very large 4th bedroom with a king size bed + closet + TV + direct access to the balcony.
- 1 large pink bathroom with bath, shower and closet.
- separate toilet.
- A large garage with the possibility of entering your vehicle, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer.
- An 85 m² terrace with pergolas, plancha/barbecue and garden furniture.
- A swimming pool of 8x4m by 1.50 deep on the whole with a bench to sit on the entire width accompanied by its fully equipped poolhouse, all the adequate kitchen as well as WC and bathroom with walk-in shower, not to mention a large table to share lots of convivial moments.

We all felt completely restored after a week of complete tranquility in this beautiful rural villa. The pool area and surrounding olive trees, the butterflies and bird calls in the morning, the blue, blue skies and gentle evening strolls in the lanes around the villa were truly lovely. Rachel and Pascal were wonderful hosts. The nearby town of Uzes was easy to get to for an evening out. And the farmer's market and ceramic studios in St Quentin de la Poteria provided us with delicious local produce, honey and inspiration (I'm a potter too :) For everything else there's a extremely well stocked supermarket, pharmacy and organic store 5-10 mins drive away. Thank you for a wonderful week.

A spacious property both inside and out in a very peaceful rural area. Pascal and Rachel provided everything you could think of to make this property feel like a home from home. Nothing was too much trouble and they are very friendly and helpful hosts.Didn't really want to leave!!

Very comfortable stay next the pool. The poolhouse is a real plus. The pool furniture is a bit worn but that is a minor issue.

This place is a little slice of heaven. So beautiful and peaceful. I have already booked for next year !The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated. Rachel and Pascal are very friendly and super helpful. Can’t wait to go back x
