Beautiful house with 1. 000m2 of constructed area of 2 floors, modern architecture style with Mexican influence, are square blocks that are mixed with dense tropical vegetation, located in the Altiplano Leste in a country house of 20. 000m2.
House surrounded by greenery, plants, gardens, ponds with fish, water fountains, with beautiful views to a charming valley.
The house has social balconies in two blocks, one connected to the gourmet kitchen and another next to the Home theather in the intimate area of the rooms.
The ground floor suites are surrounded by private inner garden with water fountain and intimate landscaping.
The master suite has access to terraces with full view to the sights, high point and stunning.
The house has a complete structure to comfortably accommodate 18 people, bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, TV in the living room, kitchen and master suite.
We also have the auxiliary house that accommodates 6 more people.
We are located in the most noble area of Brasilia, Altiplano Leste, near the Sanctuary Ermida Don Bosco.
In the main house we accommodate 18 people. And we have the auxiliary house that accommodates another 06 people (it is at the discretion of hiring or not the auxiliary house)

4th - suite with 02 bunk beds + 01 sofa bed.
On the ground floor we accommodate 14 people in beds.
Dining room with 8 seats, large square wooden table with beautiful fabric chairs, beautiful central arrangement.
Huge kitchen with 6 foot high foyer, wood stove and oven in the center of the kitchen, granite counter tops, sinks with 04 tubs available with hot and cold water. Wooden support bench with 04 benches.
Microwave oven, duplex refrigerator, natural and cold water filter, electric oven, blender, cake mixer, 02 Italian coffee maker, conventional coffee strainer, various sets of white porcelain sleepers of small, medium and large size for services in general, aluminum shapes in various sizes and rectangular, square, round shapes for roasting meats, cakes etc.
Cup sets, cups, cups, cutlery, plates, individual, including various cutting knives, serving spoons of stainless steel and wood of all sizes.
Pans of all sizes tramontina, clay pots, iron, paeja, cauldron for broths, giant pans to make food for more than 100 people.
Barbecue grill for barbecue lovers available with large granite table and 8 chairs.

It has a large swimming pool with a 17 / 7m streak with endless views of the valley.
UPPER FLOOR:
01 master suite with 250M2 with a whirlpool bath for 06 people upstairs.
01 King bed, side tables, huge sofa for watching TV, dressing room with granite countertops and large mirror used for makeup, large round pouf. Bathroom reserved, and open bathroom with free view to the green with 02 showers with solar heating for an unforgettable shower.
Anti room with pool view and deck, with huge sofa and more a queen size bed.
On the upper floor we accommodate 4 people.
Overall total in the main house accommodates 18 people in beds beds, providing linen and bath for all guests.
Overall total in the main house + auxiliary house accommodating 24 people in beds beds, providing bed linen and bath for all guests.
The house has ample parking and covered garage for 4 vehicles. For larger events, with valet we accommodate 40 cars inside the farm.
The house is located 10km from the Don Bosco Shrine, 15km from the Juscelino Kubitschek Bridge known as the JK bridge and 20km from the Esplanade of the Ministries. It has 2km of dirt road to the farm.
We have kennel available.

Pontos negativos: escadas de acesso ao segundo piso e sacadas também no segundo piso sem proteção. Perigo muito grande para crianças, conforme foi o nosso caso.
Pontos positivos: mobiliário de cozinha e roupa de cama completos. Excelente atendimento do administrador.

A vista é de tirar o fôlego... o nascer do sol visto das suítes superiores logo ao acordar é deslumbrante!!

Fomos muito bem recebidos desde o início. A casa é um linda, aconchegante e a paisagem em volta de tirar o fôlego. Nos casamos no local e foi um momento único rodeado de muita beleza natural. O Fábio, administrador da casa, e o senhor Flávio, caseiro, são simpáticos e muito solícitos... sempre nos atenderam com prontidão!
Planejamos voltar em breve pra curtir um final de semana por lá!!!
