About this farm stay rental
WE ACCEPT PAYMENT IN ATE 12X WITHOUT INTEREST, THAT MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE OWN SITE.
The house has complete structure to comfortably accommodate 17 people in beds beds and we offer bed linen, towels, pillows.
If you exceed the number of 10 people we will charge a fee of $ 50.00 per day for each additional person.
For additional people we do not provide mattresses and bed linen and bath.
The house is very spacious with many balconies and rooms that can accommodate more people.
The house is made up following way:
04 complete suites with double beds + single bed.
All have bathroom with acrylic shower box, toilet and hygienic shower, granite or slate countertops, wall in detail of Pirenópolis stones with tasteful rustic finishes, side tables, headboards and door all wooden, TV to fans in the rooms. They accommodate 12 people comfortably.
02 complete suites separated from the house, is next door, for couples who like more privacy. In the front has balcony with benches, table and garage for 4 cars. They accommodate 5 more comfortable people.
Large and airy access corridor, covered veranda with many benches to rest after meals, with 05 large windows, well ventilated, doors on both sides of the balcony, round and rectangular dining table for 15 people, washbasin.
Full kitchen with cupboards, refrigerator Duplex, clay filter, table with 4 chairs, 6 burner stove with gas oven, electric oven Layr.
New barbecue area next to the pool, with large kitchen, sink with granite countertops, well ventilated windows, new male and female bathroom.
Pool of 7.00 X 3.00, is not heated, new Deck with new wooden floor, chairs, umbrella and table, access bridge to pool in wood with view to quarry is very green.
We are located on Bonsucesso Farm, passing the main bridge in the center of Pirenópolis and going towards the Bonsucesso farm, we are just after the Pousada Cavaleiro dos Pirineus, a farm surrounded by beautiful waterfalls everywhere, besides having the privilege of the River of Souls passing inside the farm, providing a walk and bath by the river everywhere.
We have garage for 04 covered cars and parking for 20 cars in the open.
The house is located on the road of Bonsucesso approximately 03 km follows the asphalt to the end of the asphalt, ending runs more 2KM on dirt road until the entrance of the farm Bonsucesso we are right of the sign on the road.
We have the cook service is $ 150.00 per night, she goes in the morning 8:00 AM makes breakfast, lunch at noon and coffee in the afternoon and lava all crazy, take out the garbage, ends 17:00. If there is interest in the service, please advise when to forward the data to make the contract.

O local é muito bonito. A estrutura e ótima (louças disponíveis, 2 geladeiras, 1 freezer horizontal, churrasqueira, piscina etc). A Dona Lourdes, quem nos recebeu, é uma pessoa maravilhosa e prestativa. Todos os quartos bem limpos e com tudo funcionando. Pra quem gosta da natureza é um lugar perfeito. Há um rio próximo a casa, não precisa ir de carro. O Fábio (anfitrião) tb é um pessoa bem atenciosa. Gratidão pelos momentos que passei neste local. Valeu!!!

Foi excelente, fomos em família, grupo grande ficamos todos confortáveis.
O lugar é maravilhoso, muitas árvores floridas e uma vista fantástica , renovamos nossas energias...
A chácara fica próxima às cachoeiras da fazenda bonsucesso, fizemos a trilha e conhecemos seis cachoeiras maravilhosas!!!
Contratamos a D. Maria como diarista para os 2 dias, ela fez nossas refeições e deixava tudo organizado, quero agradecer a ela , pessoa muito simpática e prestativa!!!
Agradecer tbm a D. Lurdes proprietária da chácara, que me atendeu prontamente em algumas solicitações que fiz e sempre preocupada em saber se estávamos bem.
Enfim foi um fim de semana maravilhoso!!!!

Só tenho elogios à fazer. O Fábio foi rápido e preciso quanto às dúvidas que tive e a recepção da Dona Lourdes foi espetacular. Qto ao local, agradou desde as crianças com a piscina e o acesso ao rio, quanto aos adultos q desfrutamos do espaço gourmet com vista para natureza. A casa tem uma decoração mais rústica e muito estilosa ao mesmo tempo, fez minha mãe ficar deslumbrada. As camas são muito confortáveis, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas e cheirosas. Certamente iremos voltar!

Fomos em um grupo de 10 adultos, 5 crianças e 3 cachorros de pequeno porte. Todos ficaram bem acomodados. Os cômodos estavam muito bem limpos e cheirosos.
Contratamos a cozinheira e o serviço prestado foi excelente. A casa e as áreas comuns fazem parte de uma fazenda maior.
No entanto, o grupo se sentiu desconfortável com a circulacao de outras pessoas no meio da parte da propriedade sem que soubéssemos quem se tratava. Inclusive ocorreu que uma cachorrinha sumiu no último dia da hospedagem e, depois de uma hora da procura, ela foi achada em outra casa da fazenda. Foi nos dada a explicação que determinada pessoa passou e a pegou para brincar um pouco. Ficamos desapontados com o ocorrido em que pese a dona vir nos procurar para conversar.
