Lovely place!

Lovely place!

Just returned from a wonderful week at the Mazet! My wife and I were met on arrival by Severine and her husband who provided a warm welcome and showed us around ("help yourself to tomatoes from the garden!"). The house is immaculate and has everything needed incuding an adjacent washroom with washing machine, drier etc. The garden is perfect, very tranquil and spaceous. The surrounding area is excellent for cycling with plenty to see (Van Goch, Roman ruins, beautiful Saint Remy etc) and just a 10 min ride to the boulangerie on the road into town. The house has an efficient AC, which was great on the hot evenings on returning from our travels, and a nice large flat screen TV for catching up with the news (we found BFM TV the best). There is a bus line to Avignon (the 57), we parked up next to the L'Argelier bus stop and took it there for the day (5.80 eur return). Canoeing is about 40 mins away, well worth trying out too. A very memorable holiday with so much to offer! Thank you! Perfect for 2 or 3 people, I would heartily recommend!

The house and garden were absolutely perfect. Very pretty, peaceful, well-equipped and with character. We love cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed (and more). The shower is great and the bed comfortable. The terrace was a fabulous place to sit in the sun and we loved being able to come back to the calm and quiet after a day at the photo festival in Arles. We'd absolutely recommend a stay here.

excellent small house just outside st remy. very clean, well decorated, comfortable, very well equipped kitchen, lots of hot water, large television with french TNT stations - note no DVD player. large garden and outside seating areas. located on quiet countryroad, a safe cycle to st remy on country lanes. owner close by, friendly but discreet highly recommended for 2 adults or 2 adults plus 1 child - in my view too small for 4 people

Uns hat, 2 Erwachsene ein Hund, hat es super gut gefallen. Die ausrüstung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Alles funktioniert und ist top sauber. Der Garten und die Blumen sind sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und trotz Sprachbarriere unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder.

Le calme à 3 kms de Saint Remy de Provence, le soleil à disposition, un cours d'eau pour rafraîchir les pattes du chien, un beau jardin, un logement parfaitement équipé avec de belles pierres et un bon lit. De quoi passer un sejour bien agréable. Des propriétaires au petit soin .

Mazet tout en pierres très jolie dans un coin très tranquille. Il faut la voiture pour les courses. Très bien pour 2 personnes et votre animal de compagnie qui aura toute la place qu'il souhaite pour s'ébattre mais ce n'est pas entièrement clôturé.

Maison très agréable et joliment meublée, très fonctionnelle. Rien ne manque. Calme garanti. Ce séjour d'une semaine de randonnées dans les Alpilles à été parfait. Les commerces sont proches mais l'emplacement de la maison isolée du village est charmant. Le grand terrain et la terrasse sont très agréables. Le contact avec la propriétaire est adéquat et l'accueil est parfait. Je recommande cette adresse pour se détendre dans la nature et profiter dans le confort de cette belle région.

We had a lovely week's stay . The location was perfect for riding our bikes to St. Remy and good starting point for other bicycle trips in the beautiful area. The house was clean and well equipped. The large garden made it easy to find a shady spot to relax in. The one problem we had was finding the house using the Google location shown on the website. It isn't correct and being that the Mazet doesn't have a house number it was very difficult find. The road it is on is quite long. Luckily a very nice man living in the area called the owner and with her instructions lead us to the Mazet. It would be better to give more detailed information about the exact location. For example how far east is it from the D 27 . But besides this we had a delightful week.

Wir haben 14 wundervolle Nächte in diesem Objekt verbracht. Die Lage ist toll, viele schöne Stadt sind schnell zu erreichen und St Rémy de Provence ist auch total schön. Leider ist unser französisch nicht sehr gut und die Mutter der Vermieterin spricht kein Englisch. Da war leider eine Unterhaltung nicht möglich... Der Empfang war dennoch herzlich, um Kühlschrank wartete eine selbstgemachte Pfirsichmarmelade und eine Flasche Saft auf uns. Sehr nett dieser kleine Aufmerksamkeit... Lediglich das Kinder Bett roch streng nach Keller, sonst war aber alles tipptopp und wärmstens zu empfehlen

un logement très agréable, bien conçu, fonctionnel où il ne manque rien , au calme, à la campagne, mais pas isolé ; nous n'étions que 2 donc avions "nos aises" : les propriétaires charmants, très attentifs à la qualité de leur accueil, avec de petites intentions bien plaisantes, aux besoins des locataires mais aussi très discrets : nous recommandons chaudement !! et y retournerons avec plaisir .
